Boxing Skills and Drills
Boxer’s are widely regarded as some of the fittest athletes there is. This type of training is one of the most rewarding and effective ways to get fit. The sessions are mostly based around using the focus pads to increase your skill levels, endurance, speed and power. Boxing techniques are taught but the emphasis is on physical conditioning.
Perfect for developing your self confidence and great as a stress release! The sessions are fun and in a non intimidating environment. All levels and abilities are welcome and the sessions are suitable for both men and women over 18.

Circuit Training Classes
Used for many, many years now Circuit Training is fantastic for maintaining and improving fitness levels and muscular strength and endurance. There is always lots of variety in this type of workout and sessions can be outdoors, at the park or beach instead of the aerobic studio.
These classes are great for shaping and toning as a variety of drills and equipment is used. It’s perfect for cross training for athletes and can improve greatly your overall condition. The sessions are open to anyone wanting a fun, social and exciting way to keep fit.
